Is It Safe To Go On A Vacation With A Large Hiatal Hernia?

2 evenings ago I ended up in the ER with chest pains that ended up with a diagnosis of esophageal spasm. It was pretty severe but quickly went away with pain meds. I see my gastro dr June 25. We are scheduled to go on vacation Jane 12 for 10 days. I am 70. Catscan said I had a very large hiatal hernia that I has pushed up into my chest. Is it save to go on vacation? I do not have indigestion. The cardiac came back neg. I haven’t ever had an issue before
