Is It Safe To Give A 1yr Old Baby 2.5ml T Minic Syrup For Runny Nose, Cough As Prescribed By The Doctor?

Hi doctor I have 13 months child and doctor adviced her to give 2.5 ml tminic syrp for running nose and cough but I have read it is dangerous to give this medicine to below 2 years child. please suggest me wha I need to do and one more thing is that I gave 2.5ml tminic to her yesterday night what will be the side effect of it and what I need to do.

You can safely give T-minic syrup to your baby.
You need not worry.
There won't be any side effect with single dose you have given last night.
Actually you have to give 2.5 ml 3 times daily.
