Is It Safe To Give Ibugesic For Children?

Hi doc,My son is 6 years old weight 23 kg. We wanted to give ibugesic plus which contains ibuprofen 100 mg and paracetamol 162.mg but can t find details about dosage.As information available is for ibuprofen or paracetamol. But not combined together.Please help.

For less than 12 years, safety and efficacy is not established, more than 12 years combination used is 250/125 mg (aracetamol, ibuprofen).
