Is It Safe To Give Fepanil And Meftal P To A Toddler For Fluctuating Temperature?
Hi doctor, from past two days my son 2.6 of age had variable temperatures from 99 - 101, past two days had administered him with fepanil 125 mg for three times but morning his temperature was 100f so gave him a combo of fepanil 5ml + meftal p 4ml is it safe for this combo

usually acetaminophen syrup alone is sufficient in children, and i may suggest fepanil alone should do as temperature is not very high.it takes sometime to settle and please wait for response, unless your pedritician suggests otherwise
