Is It Safe To Fly While Having Amoxicillin For Ruptured Ear Drum?

Female, 57, had an ear drum rupture 2 months ago and been out of sorts for last 6 weeks. Sharp pain in temples, behind eyes, crackling in my head, dizziness. I have been taking amoxicillin 500mg for 6 days and feel worse. No fever at all. Supposed to fly in a few days and very concerned. Thank you for you expert opinion and advise.
