Is it safe to exercise with av valve insufficiency?

hello, I have moderate av valve insufficiency. some sob, no dizziness. I exercise regularly, including tempo runs and track repeats that go into an anerobic phase. these runs are getting harder to do. do not know if I am making things worse or actually slowing down the inevitable by keeping in decent aerobic and anaerobic condition.
