Is It Safe To Close The Injury On Finger During Night?
i had a small cut from a knife on my finger, it got infected but the skin reformed on top of the infection. so it sbeen a few days now , it s the size of a pea and very red. I sterilized some sharp cisors and reopened everything, it s not fully free of earlier cercretion but quite clean. Can i cover it with siverx and close it up for the night?
