My 4 yr old granddaughter fell and has a half inch cut on the bridge of her nose. I opted not to take her for stitches and wonder if the crisscross strip tape I put on the cut will heal as well or better than stitches. It was not that deep and did stop bleeding shortly. It was a hard decision to make as of course we don't want any scarring and I thought the stitches may do more harm in that respect.
