Is It Safe Having Tablet Imolplus For Migraines During Breastfeeding ?

i am suffering from migraines and i usually take the tablet IMOL PLUS and the pain subsides....is it safe to have IMOL PLUS while breast feeding ....cos after having that tablet even my baby sleeps...is it fatal for my baby

Imol Plus contains Ibuprofen, paracetamol and caffeine. Ibuprofen is secreted in Breast milk but in very small quantities and even though adverse events are not reported in nursing infants it may be better avoided if possible.
If you get frequent headaches it might be necessary to take prophylactic medications as acute treatment of headache is not recommended for more than 10days in a month as it can lead to medication overuse headache.
