Is It Possible To Walk After Having Physiotherapy For Disc Compression?

I am suffering with the problem of Spasticity for the last 15 years due to the disc compression at d89 level . I have problem in proper walking. I am doing phsiotherapy . My height is 174 cm and weight is 64 kg. Please guide me . Can I be able to walk properly in the future?. My age is 36. I want to consult with a neuro surgeon.
