Is It Possible To Pregnant Without Intercourse?

Hi, I have some concerns regarding a possible pregnancy from this situation. Is it possible to get pregnant if you directly touch a guy's penis, there's NO SEMEN but you can feel MINUTE, extremely little amounts of pre cum, and then 20 minutes later, finger yourself, after there's no moisture left on your hands and after your hands have brushed up against at least 3-4 other surfaces(clothes, sheets, other articles)?
This incident happened with me, about 23 days from the 1st day of my last menstrual cycle. Also, I usually have a 29 day cycle. Today is day 30, and I haven't got my period yet, although I do have abdominal bloating, pain and cramps.
Is there a chance I'm pregnant?

Hello,
Pregnancy happens when sperm(semen) gets inside vagina and up in the fallopian tube and fertilize ova.Only finger touching does not cause pregnancy.
And delayed petiod some time happens because of anxiety or stress.Try to avoid anxiety, you will get period in few days.
You may ask further without any hesitation.
