is it possible to loose weight without doing anything just maybe eating about 400 calories less then usual becuase i visit my boyfriend and dont eat as much as i eat at home and my butt tends to get smaller after one day of not eating as much is that possible becuase my boyfriend complains that my butt is smaller or is he just insane

400 calories will be too less. If height weight and age provided could have counsel better. To lose weight have healthy diet. Reduce intake of fat. And fried foods. Take sprouts, channa murmura, more of salads. Prefer fruit in morning no juices. No sweets avoid sugar or khoa products. Take skim milk twice a day. Consume curds and buttermilk daily. Walk 40-45 mins daily. Avoid fatty foods. Drink lot of water. With your height weight and diet routine consult with dietician for weight loss. For butt do exercise ups and downs and consult health coach.
