Hello and welcome to HCM,
Ovarian cyst if small may not interfere with ovulation and thus conception.
However, you need to confirm with your gynecologist whether a new cyst has appeared post surgery or it is the same which was present before.
Since, you want to conceive and conception is not successful till yet, I suggest you to monitor ovulation by follicular scan.
Follicular scan is an imaging study wherein the size of the follicles is monitored and probable time of ovulation is determined.
Sexual intercourse can be planned during period of ovulation for successful conception and thus pregnancy.

Thanks and take care
