I read somewhere about it. Is it possible to administer self CPR ?

cpr? as in cardiopulmonary resuscitation? as in resuscitating someone that's not breathing? if you can perform that on yourself, then you are breathing and do not need it. if you need cpr, someone else would have to perform it on you because you are not breathing. or are you talking about a different cpr?
