Is It Normal To Pass Dark Stools After Intake Of Finger Millet?

My daughter is 7 months old. I give her Finger millet (Ragi) every day for the past one month. Since then, her motion is black in color. Her bowel movements are regular and she seems to be normal. But I am worried about the color of the motion. Would it be because of Ragi or should I check with a doctor?
