General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is not uncommon to experience vaginal bleeding after a unilateral oophorectomy, as well as other symptoms such as nausea, lightheadedness, and dizziness. It is best to contact your doctor or surgeon for a proper evaluation and advice, as some signs could indicate a complication.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
