Is It Normal To Have Soreness In The Wound After A Knee Replacement Surgery?

Hi I had a full knee replacement 3 weeks a go I noticed in the last few days the top end of the wound has got sunken in and wrinkly it dose not look inflamed or red looking but I find it very sore to excise my leg the way it is .Can you let me know if this is nomal. . regards Joe
