Is It Normal To Have Prolonged Spotting Post Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage from a sub chorionic hemorrhage on March 18th. I had bleeding for a week and a half, then stopped. I thought I had my next period starting on April 21st, seemed somewhat normal. But, I have continued to have spotting every few days since then.... Is this something I should get checked out. We would like to continue trying for another pregnancy.
