Is It Normal To Have Increased Heart Rate And Blurry Vision After Smoking Weed?

I smoked weed last night for the first time. I smoked 2 bowls and didnt get high. I smoked one more bowl, except this time I took air breaths before inhale. My vision saw a little blurry and dissoriented and my heart was racing 120bpm. I was very scared. I layed down and didnt think about it and my heart slowed to about 90bpm. I fell asleep and woke up not high. Is this normal.
