Is It Normal To Have Increased Blood Pressure After Falling On Concrete While I'm Due For Delivery ?
My baby is due march 10th and I'm in the hospital because I fell on the concrete directly on top of baby Ryan. My blood pressure is 115/61 is this normal? Also his heart rate is 127-140 . Am I ok? Contractions are coming and going painfully then ease
Hi, Thanks for the query. Better to go to hospital as early as possible. Because: -Increased heart beat and low blood pressure may suggest blood loss. Fall can lead complications like abruptio placenta. Which can present with circulatory disturbances as you are having. -You are getting contractions. So, by taking these points into consideration, consult your doctor immediately. Get examined and go for ultrasound. This will help in ruling out possibilities like abruption. If there is features of abruption delivery should be planned with your doctor's advice.
Take care.
