Hi,

Ejaculate in the urine is a typical and harmless symptom of men who stopped masturbation. Your prostate is still over-active due to your former masturbation habit. This will vanish within weeks when you are consequent and don’t have a relapse of masturbation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Yousef Abbas, General & Family Physician
