Hi,

Some dizziness can be present for several weeks after a head trauma it is not unusual. So can symptoms like a mild headache, trouble concentrating etc. So it is no reason for panic if they are stable and not worsening. However if instead of gradually diminishing symptoms increase in intensity then an early evaluation and perhaps repeat imaging would be necessary. I remain at your disposal for other questions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
