Is It Normal To Bleed During Bowel Movement?

hi i just have a question i just went to the bathroom and i pooped and there was blood around it and when i wiped there was like a blood tissue like when you blow your nose after it bleeding and the red tissue comes out i just want to make sure if this is normal

I had gone through the case and this is not the normal, there might be many cause behind bleeding.

Anal fissure

Hemorrhoid

Constipation

Rectal polyp

Crohn 's disease

Ulcerative colitis

and many more.

Go for sigmoidscopy or colonoscopy to diagnose the problem.
