Hi, I understand your concern. Your ultrasound scan shows- - Intrauterine pregnancy.. Uterus( mother s womb) is normal habitat for growing embryo -Variable presentation.. at 14-15 weeks fetus starts moving, it s small sized & can move freely in uterine cavity. So it s position ( presentation ) is variable at this stage of pregnancy. -Anterior placenta- placental position in front part of uterus-- is safe, it does not obstruct birth passage. so it is normal. -NOrmohydramnios- It indicates amniotic fluid in which the fetus floats. Report indicates normal amount of amniotic fluid. All the parameters are within normal limits.. nothing to worry about. thanks.
