Is It Necessary To Consult Hematologist For Increased Heart Rate?

hello, i have a high white count of 15.1 but i feel fine. i went to dr for having really bad headaches while during exam he said my heart rate was a little high like 90's i think but i feel fine. i do smoke but feel fine i don't want to waste my time seeing a hemotologist but that's what he says i should do. confused? thanks, sherri

If you do not have any clinical symptoms then it is nothing to worry.
WBC count given here may be doubtful and it has to be crossed checked or it need to be repeated after a few days even it is nothing to worry about. The heart rate and to clear the doubt EKG is the only option that could show the abnormality or normal rhythm till then it is nothing to worry.
