Is It Good To Open A Capsule Table Before Having It?

hi doctor......i m 26 years old and i am not able to take capsules and tablets as i am not used to it...i tried many times but it comes out back.....i supposed to open the capsule and intake its medicine.....and for capsule i supposed to crush it and than intake ....is this fine to take medicine like this....will the medicine work?

It is always better in your case that you ask your doctor to prescribe you disprsible or mouth dissolving preparations or some syrup as far as possible.
