Is it because of eating sweets I feel light headed and unable to open my eyes ?

hi i am a 21 year old female. i have a constant crave for sweets i get restless if i dont get sweets, this morning i woke up with a heavy or light headed feeling its hard to keep my eyes open, what could be wrong?

Eating lot of sweets is an unhealthy habit.

Sweets contain lots of sugars which make you prone for Diabetes.

They are also rich in oils and ghee which are saturated fats and are unhealthy.

It is only your psychological feeling which is making you restless, since sweets are not addictive like alcohol or drugs.

Best way to tackle your problem is to substitute sweets with fruits , which are as tasty as sweets and are also very healthy.

In addition sweets also cause obesity which inturn leads to many diseases like Heart disease,
Cancers, Acne due to fats in sweets.

hi welcome to health care magic.sometime some symptoms Develop because of psychosomatisation.any incidence occur in your life in which you need someone all the time,you go to any good homoeopath give proper history they definetly slow your problem
