Is It Advisable To Withdraw From Plaquenil While Having Pain In Knees And Fingers?

Hi, i was diagnose with Lupus 25 years ago but never treated no medication . now 5 mounts ago i started 200mg plaquenil but the amazing doctor who save me from this suffering moved to a other city and my file is now transfer with a new rheumatologist . i did have many blood test done confirming the lupus and the protein responsible for miscarriage . how ever since i have no organ damage and visible sign this new Doc said i don t need plaquenil . i still have pain everywhere fingers ,knees, chest is the worst. The plaquenil is started to have some effect not much but better. should i really stop or find a new doctor i just dont understand. i am 43 years old i feel like 80 i cant go on like this i need proper care! thank you!
