Hello there!
Let us take the three syrups one by one to see what each is meant for. Azithral is an antibiotic for your child's respiratoty infection. Cetrizine is an anti allergic drug for her cold. Asthalin is a drug to widen narrowed airways to improve your childs breathing. The three are commonly given together in respiratory infection
in children.
Hope this answers your question.
