Is It Advisable To Take Glycomet And Glimepiride Along With Azilux?

How safe is it to use azilux 1 mf forte(Torrent pharma tablets) without side effects for fbs/plbs readings 147/230 both in the morning and evening 1 each tablet.. Or to continue seperately 1mg glimipride(Ranbaxy) and Glycomet 500 mg tablets(USV) 1 each in the morning and in the evening.Please advise.Thanks and regards.

I have understand your concern

your blood sugars are high enough to use both glimeperide and metformin

you can use both drugs separately or combination
side effects like hypoglycaemia same in both

but if you take in combination compliance ll be high and cost factor also come down

I can suggest you to take tab.azulix 1mf twice daily and recheck the blood sugar levels FBS and ppbs after a month , depending on the values we can adjust the dose.
