Is It A Matter Of Concern If Child Is Passing Green Coloured Stools Even After Eating Healthy?

My 5 year old son had stool that looked like it was wrapped in fuzzy bright green moss. He does not get alot of fried foods or fast foods. He does not eat a whole lot of greens. But does eat veggies and fairly healthy snacks, and he does drink a lot of water Is this something to be concerned about?

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
It is usual to pass green motion after eating green leafy vegetables.
After eating candies colored green may also pass green motions.
If there is no other problem except the stools are colored green there is nothing to worry.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
