Is It A Concern While Experiencing Runny Nose, Sneezing And A Slight Sore Throat After Using A Neti Pot?
Hello. I used a Neti Pot 2 days ago and I woke up yesterday with slight sinus pain, a runny nose, and a sore throat. I ve used my Neti pot many times but this is the first time I ve woken up the next day feeling not so well. This morning is the same. Lots of runny nose and sneezing, and a slight sore throat as well. I was wondering what I should do to get over this quickly, and if using my Neti Pot again would be a good idea to clear this out faster, or if that is a bad idea. Sincerely Thank you.

Hi,
You should better use your neti pot after cleaning it with warm water before using it. You can take tab. Montair LC for 5 days. You should do salt water or betadine gargles n steam inhalation 2 to 3 times a day.
