Is It A Cause Of Concern If One Side Of The Tongue Is Larger Than The Other ?

I noticed that when my one-year-old sticks his tongue out it deviates to the right and that the left side of his tongue appears to be larger. Should I be concerned?

on protrusion of tongue with deviation on one side it appears enlarged on one side, is very much normal.
