Is it a cause of concern if one side of the tongue is larger than the other ?

I noticed that when my one-year-old sticks his tongue out it deviates to the right and that the left side of his tongue appears to be larger. Should I be concerned?

on protrusion of tongue with deviation on one side it appears enlarged on one side, is very much normal.
do not be concerned
