Welcome to HealthcareMagic. Since your wife is already pregnant, then having sex should be avoided because in first trimester having intercourse may cause a threatened miscarriage. In last trimester it can cause preterm labor , hence it should be avoided. If in any case you indulge in sexual intercourse, it should be practiced with caution like it should not be wild, don’t try deep penetration, don’t use foreign objects, avoid sex in unorthodox positions etc.
