General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the effects of sip of bleach water by toddler matters with the clinical symptoms at present. The absence of symptoms except bad mouth taste indicates that
there is no therapy required except observation. The following features need to be addressed at an ER visit like:
- Persistent nausea, vomiting
- Abdomen discomfort
- Breathing problem or taking deep breaths than usual
- Flushing face or body
- Raised body temperature
- Irritability or mood swings

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
