General & Family Physician 's  Response
You are having upper respiratory tract infection which needs to be treated properly. Avil can be used for symptomatic relief of running nose but it causes sedation. Better alternative is levocetirizine.
Advice
1.     Azithromycin 500 mg daily per oral daily for 5 days
2.     Levocetirizine 5 mg daily per oral for 7 days
3.     Avoid Avil
4.     Do gargle with every 8 hours with betadine gargle liquid
5.     Avoid dust, smoking, alcohol, dry environment, cold and spicy food
If you do not get relief from above measure then consult an ENT specialist for general examination of your nasal passage and ear.
