Hello,

Lump on the tongue after teeth biting is due to hyperkeratosis of skin from continued irritation and continuous accumulation of plaque-like material in the oral cavity. You should visit an oral physician once and go for biopsy as this type of lump can occur due to diseases like lichen planus or to rule out some more serious problems like a cyst of the tongue. Usually, the condition goes away on its own. Maintain completes oral hygiene and do warm saline rinses.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
