Is Immediate Urge To Move The Leg A Symptom Of Restless Leg Syndrome?

I think I may have restless leg syndrome - it doesn t bother me until evening when I m sitting in my easy chair with my feet up. I get the sudden uncontrollable urge to move me legs and I can t make it stop without getting up. I am a 74 year old female. Can you help me? YYYY@YYYY

I really appreciate your concern, it may be due to muscular spasm and the reason behind this could be posture, try to maintain good posture, some time it may be due to deposition of lactic acid, however this is the common symptom seen and goes away on its on just be patience, drink more water, soda water would be best to try hope this information helps.
