Is Immediate Diagnosis Required For Having Two Periods In A Month?

I have been ill four days and have had some strange symptoms, unusual for me anyway. It began with my muscles and joints aching, then I got upper chest symptoms with high fevers. My lower back is what has been hurting the most and I just got my period again today for the second time this month. The blood was brown and has a strange odor. Should I be seen or wait it out?
