Is Hysterectomy Advisable For Hypo Echoic Area In Fundus And Uterine Fibroid?

hello sir......i have some question.....my mom s Uterus is bulky & anteverted...there is a solid hypoechoic area measuring about 42mmX38mm seen in fundus & body of uterus consistent with fibroid....Cervix is hypertrophied.... here an dr prescribed her.....wanna know is it very risky for her.?????....and shall i done the operation after 10 days....???already 1.5 months gone..... its very argent sir....so please give me a favor.....

I really appreciate your concern, here you have given little history age of her is not given here, what is the chief complaint of her for that she had to go for sonography moreover over all finding of this need to be correlated with clinical condition, your detail query will be highly appreciated, have a nice day. (Although sonography is does not indicate any major changes it looks normal one beside some age related changes )
