Yes, certainly you should visit a hospital as your symptoms are severe and disturbing to life. I would advise you the following: Clinical evaluation and examination by your Doctor, ENT Specialist and Neurologist as a second opinion. Symptomatic treatment to start with till reports of investigations and clinical correlation is established. Further investigation as advised by the Specialists which may be: CT scan of the head and ears. Tests of blood to see whether there is any medical disease or disorder that can cause such symptoms. Once the final diagnosis is made then to add on specific treatment as found.
