I was not feeling too good and saw the doctor yesterday and she checked my pressure. It was at 160/90 and she gave me ponstan and pcm which i didnt take. Then this morning i checked again and it was at 130/90. Is this dangerous. I am a 40 year old woman.
Hai, with the two blood pressure reading (160/90 and 130/90 mmhg0 we cannot come to conclusion as hypertension. As your systolic in first one seems to be high and your diastolic blood pressure 90 is seems to moderately high. however, kindly check your BP daily for 5 days and with that valve we can decide whether medication is needed or not.
Thank you stay healthy
