Is Healthy Conception Possible With The Following Follicle Study?

I am age 46 and am received my first IUI treatment.I have two children from a previous marriage and have never had any fertility problems nor any miscarriages.I am healthy and I had two follicles 18 and 21 mm. My uterus was appropriately thick to conceive. I can't seem to find any statistics on the success of women in my age category and health status. Just trying to understand the likelihood of pregnancy and why I wouldn't be if I have the eggs and the sperm has been tested and has a high healthy count (current husband is 36 years old).
