Is Head Bobbing A Hereditary Problem Or Is It A Serious Concern?

I have been experiencing head bobbing for 2 weeks now I am currently taking 120 MG of propranolol since they killed my thyroid 4 years ago. The Dr prescribed 25MG of Meclizine which really did nothing for the bobbing head The Dr now prescribed 0.5 Lorazapam (2 tabs 3 times a day Is this bobbing a hereditary thing or should I be concerned about something else
