Is Giving Pedialyte Advisable While On Zantac For Acid Reflux To A Child?

Hi I m Piya mi daughter is 11 months nw n she is diagnosed that she has acid reflux n doc put her on zantc can I give her pedialyte coz she is throwing up n she is my urinating enough when she take pedialyte than she pass urin more frequently docs told me her urine is Gud n kidney r fine so we m I suppose to do OK and mi question

Hello mam,

Zantac is given to control acid reflux. It doesn't interact with pedialyte.

Giving zantac with pedialyte will not lessen effect of anyone of it.

So dont worry & give your daughter both of it in dose as per given by doctor!
