Is Frequent Urination A Symptom Of Diabetes?

i am 60 yrs old and I urinate 2 to 4 times at night and same on the day. should I worry about diabetis? last year my blood sugar count was 120 and the doctor suggested for a catarac operation because my sugar was still ok. Until then I no latest blood sugar test yet.

-Per rectal examination(to palpate prostate)
-Serum blood sugar(FBS AND PP2BS) etc.
