Is Follicle Size Of 19*17mm Normal On 15th Day Of Follicular Study?

Hi I am 26 yrs , weight 45 kgs and height is 4 ft 10 inches female trying to conceive since 1 yr. My gyne asked for a follicular study . On day 15th the report is Left Ovary dominant follicles = 19*17mm, endometrial thickness = 7.9mm, and no free fluid in Pouch of douglas. I have regular menses ranging between 28-29 days. Is it normal?

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your follicular study is absolutely normal.
There is a dominant follicle in left ovary and it will take part in ovulation.
Ovulation will be indicated by non visualization of dominant follicle and free fluid in POD.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.
You should plan unprotected intercourse within 24-48 hours of ovulation for maximum chances of fertilization.
After intercourse female should lay down in bed with folded hips and knees for 15 mins so that sperm can move inside the female genital tract easily.
