Is Flying Safe While Suffering From Tinnitus?

Hi, I had a fat Tympanoplasty surgical in 2014 in my right ear but still having ringing in my ear. I will be flying out on July 22, 2016 and my concern is will my eardrum get rupture from the pressure when the plan take off and when land? Thank-you.
