Is Flying Safe Post Craniotomy & Subdural Hematoma Removal Operation?

My son had an acute cranial subdural hemorrhage on April 26, 2016 and a craniotomy & subdural hematoma removal operation and a craniotomy & epidural hematoma removal operation on April 28, 2016, and a cranioplasty on April 20,2016. We are in South Korea and we need to get home to America, my son has been in South Korea for the last six years. I have heard numerous answers about flying, is it safe to fly home with him and when? His neurologist said he was fine to fly the day he discharged him from ICU on May 30, 2016.
