Is Flight Travel Recommended During 11 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Hi, I am a lady of 28yrs. I am 11 weeks pregnant.i want to know wether i can travel in flight for 4 hrs . Right now am in bahrain . i would like to go back to india for my delivery .can u please suggest me what all precautions should i take before traveling

Hello dear,i understand your concern.In my opinion the flight journey is safe of all the journeys.But better do after 12 weeks.As any journey is advisable in 2nd trimester.You need to be very careful in first trimester.As you are already 11 weeks you can wait for one more week.Avoid physical strain.Take rest and good nutritional diet.
